As we prepare for the long awaited group rides, this clinic will review safety rules, club expectations of riders and we will actually practice handling drills. GC Tri’s very own bike guru Will Regan will lead us through the drills.
Bike Drills:
By self in parking lot
- 180 Degree Turns
- Pick up Waterbottles
- One hand toe grabs
In pace line or group riding
- Rotating pace line
- Arm on back of other rider
- 2 by 2 pace line riding
