Club Workouts

Tuesday Runs

Organized track workouts take place every Tuesday morning at the Weehawken Track. The group meets at Park & 9th St at 5:45am, and runs to the track for a 6:00am start. All levels are welcome.

In the winter months, track workouts are replaced with organized hill workouts in various locations around Hoboken.

Wednesday Cycling

During the season, the club meets Wednesday mornings to head north up River Road to Palisades Interstate Park. All levels are welcome.

While most weekend rides are self organized, the club does offer several long social rides, often to a destination or to see a new route.

During the weekends, members tend to organize their own long rides and runs using WhatsApp for timing, location, and details. All club organized workouts and events are posted in the Club Calendar.
