Weekly Newsletter

Hello All,
Congrats to Glenn Hartrick for finishing the Texas Marathon in 3:18 this past weekend.  Don’t forget to send in your results as the early season has begun for some of you out there.  GC Tri is proud to show off everyone’s awesome work!
This weekend Andrew C will once again be hosting a trainer session on Sunday morning.  Please email him at andrew.corcione at gmaildotcom as he has space for about 4 additional people.  For those of you willing to brave the elements Andrew will be driving up towards Strictly on Saturday to test out 9W.  Please email him at andrew_M_Shore at yahoodotcom if you are interested in joining the fun.
We only have 5 official GC Tri visors left and a few more hats.  Email to reserve one of the last to ensure you race in style.  And if you haven’t already let Rich know your size for the first official GC Tri race kit, please email him at ricbean01 at gmaildotcom.  We are getting in several samples next week that Andrew will bring to the pool for people to check out.
Happy Training,

GC Tri

Thanks to Jenn Finotti for the below link.

Here’s a video promo for all the races put on by Pace Multisport. Last year it was hard to find some of his races online.  He’s got a good website now and I think the guy who filmed this promo will be at all of his races filming.

Tuesday Hill Workout

Hi everyone,

Hill repeats tomorrow leaving from Fleet Feet at 615am.  We will jog to Stevens and start the workout around 625am by the steps that go down to Sinatra Drive.  If you see ice in the morning we will cancel, otherwise if it’s only snowing the run will be on.  Please note that Andrew will not be leading a workout on Wednesday.

Weekly Newsletter

Hello All,
This weekend we will not have any group workouts outside due to the pending storms coming our way.  Don’t forget our newest run workout that was started this past week.  Every Tuesday morning Mike will be leading a hill run meeting at Fleet Feet at 6:15 AM.  Build your strength up now so when the track is finally cleared, you will be ready!

GC Tri is almost out of official visors.  Please email merchandise at gctri.org if you are interested in purchasing a visor or a hat!   If you are interested in purchasing the 2011 GC Tri racing kit please email Rich at ricbean01 at gmail dot com.  We are finalizing to our order from Sugoi so please let Rich know your size so we can be sure to have the right inventory.
Finally, please mail in your 2011 GC Tri Registration to 358 6th St Apt 1L Hoboken, NJ 07030 or drop it off at the pool.  The registration is downloadable.  We will have ID cards this year to help our sponsors provide discounts to club members.
Happy Training.
