Stevens has moved to the spring/summer swimming schedule with Masters now on Monday/Wed/Fri at 6am (doors usually open 550am) and Tues and Thurs at 8pm.
Track Now Tuesdays
For those that may have missed the message due to the lack of update here, track workouts have now moved to Tuesday mornings, departing 9th and Park at 6am for a 6:15am start. Workouts are posted to the group and here moving forward.
Thursday Morning Ride
Andre will be riding Thursday (4/5) morning at 5:40am for those that want to join. He plans on leading a few hill repeats (not mandatory to complete). As of Tuesday morning, Thursday is predicted to be 45F, 12mph wind and 42% humidity.

Since the pool is closed this weekend, you can swim this evening during lap swim.
We will also be changing the practice schedule on April 1st. We will switch to Monday/Wednesday/Friday 6AM-7:30AM; and Tuesday/Thursday 8PM-9PM.
I forgot to include in the newsletter that Brad Thornton (Hoboken Masters Head Coach) will be offering a Triathlon swim basics class in July. The dates are the following: July 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, 28. The class will max out at 5 people and will be first come first serve. For all GC Tri members, it will be only $150 which includes a lap swim membership to the pool for the month. This a $50 discount from the initial price. You can use this class to develop an efficient freestyle for triathlons or open water swims. This is not a ‘learn to swim’ class (must be able to swim in a 25 yard pool), but rather a ‘learn to swim correctly’ class.
