The next seminar as part of the Athlete Education Series will be an Injury Prevention seminar with RJ Boergers, PhD, ATC, at the NJ Running Company in Hoboken on Monday, February 1st, at 7pm. If you want to find out how to prepare your body to endure the rigors of race season, and stay injury free, this is the session for you!

Depending on the amount of snow we get this weekend, hill repeats on Tuesday morning might be canceled this week. Watch for an announcement on Monday night.

We’re excited to launch a new committee for 2016: our Community Outreach Committee. This committee is focused on coordinating and creating opportunities for our club members to support the community – including the Hudson County and greater endurance athlete communities. We are excited to announce that our first project is to collect your old running shoes at the Kick Off Social tomorrow. These shoes will be donated to the Hoboken Homeless Shelter.
