We have a couple options for rides this weekend. Lisa Mangino will be leading a 3 hr ride that will depart 14th St. Pier at 7am on Saturday. RJ Boergers will be leading a ride to Piermont (~50mi) on Sunday that will depart the 14th St. Pier at 8am. Please note that the Tuesday AM rides have been cancelled for the remainder of the year. If you are riding with the group on Thursday mornings, blinking lights are mandatory for your safety. Happy Training!

GCTri rocked the podium again last weekend. At the Lake George Triathlon: Kevin Portmann (2nd OA, 1st AG), Nicole Ogrosso (4th OA female, 1st AG), Carsten Hansen (24th OA, 5th AG).
