IMPORTANT: As we start to add more group rides to the schedule, we would like to remind everyone of the importance of cycling etiquette and riding safely in groups. Please take 2 minutes and read the GCTri Code of Conduct *Riding Responsibilities* found here – http://www.gctri.org/club-documents/

These important safety skills will also be reviewed at the Transitions and Bike Skills Clinic on Saturday, May 9th, at 4pm in Liberty State Park.  Please see the event flyer on the Facebook page and club calendar for more information.

On Saturday, RJ is leading a 70 mile A speed drop ride to Rockland Lake via Tweed leaving from the 14th Street Pier in Hoboken at 8:00am.  Deb is leading a 45 mile no drop C ride beginning in Palisades Park at the Ross Dock Picnic Area at 8:00am as well.  If you’re looking to ride Sunday or at another time, please post club calendar! http://www.gctri.org/race-calendar/

Thursday morning group rides start next week (5/14) and depart from the 14th Street Pier in Hoboken at 5:30am. These rides go north on River Road to Palisades Park for some hill repeats at Ross Dock. If the gate to the park is closed, hill repeats will be done on Pershing Road instead. Don’t forget bike lights!
