Sunday morning runs will be training runs of between 6 to
10 miles or longer pending on the runners
and what we are training for. All Sunday
runs meet at the 14th Street NY Waterway
Ferry stop.
Tuesday morning weekly
track workouts are going on now.
Workouts are posted weekly on our Yahoo
site. As those
who participate in triathlon already know, the combination
of a long weekend run is important to
build an endurance base important in
longer races while track workouts help
to build speed important for short to
mid-distance triathlons.
