Cycling and Tri Gear Update: Hincapie fit kits are currently at Fleet Feet in Hoboken. Please check their website for store hours to go in and try on the gear before the end of November. http://www.fleetfeethoboken.com/

Group Workouts: Tuesday morning group runs (hill repeats) meet at 6am at the water fountains at Pier A in Hoboken every week. These workouts are a great way to build strength in the off-season!
Thursday morning group rides have also been going strong. The group meets at 6am at the 14th St Ferry in Hoboken.

The next club social is tomorrow, November 7th, at 2:30pm at the Hoboken Pilsener Haus & Biergarten. Come celebrate with our NYC Marathon finishers and teammates enjoying the off-season!
Sunday, November 8th, is the next Athlete Education Series: Running Clinic at 10am at the Weehawken Track. Carlos Garcia will speak about being more mechanically efficient, show you how to improve your form, and provide you with drills to practice. You won’t want to miss it!
If you would like to join the GCTri cheering squad on Sunday, meet at Hoboken PATH at 8:45am to head to 1st Ave and E. 78th St near Bar-Coastal.
If you are racing or cheering at the HoBOOken 5k on Saturday, come meet us at the flag (land-side of the Pier) at 9:45am for a group picture. After the race, we will head to Caffe Bene for coffee/breakfast.

Tomorrow (10/24) is the GCTri Halloween Party at Moran’s Pub in Hoboken. Costumes are not required, but encouraged, as there will be a costume contest with prizes! The party starts at 7pm and there is an open bar option from 8pm-11pm.
